You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to store or process data without the consent of the individuals involved, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including athlete profiles and test results. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to collect, store, and process the personal data of athletes in your account. This includes compliance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., PIPEDA, GDPR).
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Athlete Report and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
