You are the data controller for the athlete data you upload. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from athletes before uploading their personal data. We act as a data processor and only process athlete data as instructed by you.
Your data is stored securely in the cloud. We employ industry-standard encryption and security practices. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your data within 30 days. You can export all your data at any time from the Settings page.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information. We do not store your full payment card details.
